Today I made a lovely navy pleated skirt, which I think is going to become a staple piece in my wardrobe as it is so versatile!
I'm thinking a stripy t-shirt, chunky tights and boots for a day look, and for a night look what about this?
This skirt started out as a shawl I had when I was younger, stupidly I forgot to take a picture before, i'm still getting used to this!
It was already hemmed (which made it so much quicker to make!) So all I had to do was add the pleats, a waistband and a zipper!
This was definitly a make today wear tonight sort of project, which by far are the best!!
